IMO dilution was only a problem if you held shares and didn't partake in the rights issue or buy in soon after.
Right now there are 3 times the amount of shares on issue to last year, but the volume of trading is well in excess of that.
Yes I know that the extra shares had a dilutionary effect, but since the SP had dropped so much, (my avg then 14c) the extra investment was a small amount to gamble with compared to the paper loss you were already sitting on.
Matter of perspective I suppose.
