its certainly an issue imo sid.
the dilution factor is why i sat out for some time before reentering post rights issue. the chinese hold 25% and merryl owns over 6% too.
all said though we are sitting between 3 - 4 cents, which on a 3:1 scale is 9 - 12 cents (pre rights issue dilution).. TAM hasn't seen this market cap value for quite some time, years in fact so even with the heavy dilution TAM is bucking the norm and prooving many doubters wrong.
they still aren't out of the woods by any degree and i'm keeping a close eye on my holding but its still got support.. for now.
