At the last AGM the board was adamant they had significant things happening behind the scenes with talks with funding partners out of HK & China plus acquisitions they were accessing. This has been a frustrating ride but I continue to hold with management holding significant stock positions and just the Utilitas value potentially being higher then current market cap. Also talk of their coal asset ro gas potential was spoken about. Hopefully they have some form of acquisition in the not so distant future.
