In SPA's latest announcement, it was mentioned that the pricing of the capital raising will likely occur prior to release of the Prospectus on or about 6th December. I'm hoping the movement today is probably a positive sentiment that the cap raising will be done at a price much higher than the original 20 cents (could be wishful thinking but I'm hoping it'll be in the 30 cents - 35 cents range).
