They are not the type to play that game imho or it would have been done previously.

It is not that long ago that KEY was holding 11c, I feel it is just market driving it up prior to news. We all are pretty much aware that AEX have stated that an agreement in principle has been reached in Tz. This is material and a few would be picking up shares leading into this being announced by KEY.
Aside from that it is very cheap still.. imho.

Not unreasonable for it to move.
