Hi,I've previously held ENR and have recently been quietly picking up a few again. Below is a bit of a map of the ground around them.
A few reasons to hold some ENR for the next few months:
(1) Friday's announcement of "strong copper sulphide mineralization" and assays pending for "massive copper sulphide"intersections should provide good news flow over coming weeks
(2) well funded with about $4.8M in cash which can be spent exclusively on ENR's 100% held ground as their fantastic JV with Antofagasta provides $20M over 4 years for exploration on the two tenements to the south where these assays are pending.
(3) ENR has over the last few years acquired the dominant landholding south along strike from the Nifty mine and north along the relevant structures from Maroochydore.
(4) it's industry peer SRI are seeking a similar deposit style around Thaduna and have a MC of around $40M .ENR compares favourably with SRI,ie less shares on issue,more cash,better EV (current MC about 2/3 of SRI)
(5) competent management ( Dr Jon Hronsky also on board)
(6) on some of their newly acquired ground to the northnorthwest of BM1 there are a few Telfer look-a-like targets to add some diversity in target types
(7) tightly held with very little stock available should mean a strong rerating if significant results are achieved in this next round of assays
(8) structures ! lots of fault structures to provide pathways for mineralization
