it's a tough one....have done nicely on this stock with t/o talk in all 3 phases so tempted to take my profits tommoz. Will AXA AP knock 6.43 back on the basis of the china deals value??? and if so would AXA SA then stump up more cash or walk away??? i doubt they wouldn't offer a higher deal but not sure i'm willing to risk it! the other option of course is to wait around for another 5% if the deal does go ahead - which does seem to be the likely scenario for risk of downside to AXA AP share holders?????
