Interestingly, the tails ( ptxo-options) are are like extracting hens teeth at the moment. If this is any indication of some of the substantial holders stance, then the term 'tight ship: as Maxter pointed out not long ago to convey ptx's history ', may not only be of present but of things to come. If so, that could have also been a driving force to the placement.
