Minister state about MMB and landowners.
The application have to be proceed according to Mines and Mineral Act 1990. A lot pepole and many departments are involved. Its not a single man decision. Finally Minister have to follow the MMB advice.
Many opinion here and to many speculative posts.
What happened shows that RM is not anymore welcome in SI.
