The Chinese have a history of exploitation, they will come with their own mining teams, no environmental or community concerns, no local employment and they will come with their own security personnel.

have a look at how Chinese Mining Companies operate in the Congo with Cobalt mining, they are even using child labour. I challenge you to pass that on to the Landowners, that is if you do have any concern for the Communities affected.
