You really have no idea dude. Companies don't personally implement there own buyback's. For one, they do not have the skills nor market knowledge, nor qualified personnel to do so (CFO...............really?). Secondly they would just stuff it up.......................VWAP...........what's that..................dunno...........ask the CFO? All i want the company to do is spend their valuable time running the underlying business to the benefit of shareholders................me.......and you!
