This is what pisses me of, the law should be changed, invest banks should not be the ones performing buy backs on behalf of companies, You would say that there is a conflict of interest or definitely collusion when they do that.
Whats wrong with the company doing it, I MEAN THEY DO EMPLOY CFO's dont they ? and im not speaking BIN specific.
