Smart money I expect will be all over this very very soon.Once we have a litigator announced it maybe too late to get in at these levels. I expect a pro rata at no expense to the company .Liability has been admitted by the government and I dont expect this process on a figure to take too long as the NT government would like this done and dusted before too long.Just a matter of what we get with rumours of 1;5 bill thrown around it could get very interesting.Considering share price was above $1;20 or so at one stage before the sea bed mining fiasco .Granting leases and overturning them is a major liability no no .The NT government has a big noose around its neck .My educated guess for overall payout is minimum $300 million ,which would make share price around $3. This to me would be fair compensation ,but if our lawyers can do better well good luck to us all
