I'm a native german and he said they've been asked this question by others before and did actually not comment on it other than saying that it is normal that other explorers usually stake tenements near known deposits. 

He did comment on the planned listing on the austrian stockexchange and that  the simple reason is, that europe funds can't add australian stocks to their protfolio. The stock will be tradable on both exchanges but the austrian listing will give it visibility to the european market.

He also mentioned that they expect some 20 to 25 million tons of lithium bearing material at the deposit and expect a minelife of about 25 years. The NPV of A$ 441.9 million in the presentation was based on the measured and indicated resource of 6.3 million tons at 1.17% LiO2
