How I read it
Roy has 2 projects , so why not have 2 x 1Bn resources & can share infrastructure with 2 partners ?
Your right about the funding , we need a partner to secure one of these projects
Getting it out will still be an issue , i hope we stick to conventional methods & can be fast tracked !
