I doubt Bill Gates is even remotely interested in the premium beef part of the company as he is a vegetarian.
But is possibly very interested in the progress of the bio-pharmaceutical company "Nucleus Biologics" co-founded by AAC. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is well known for their great work in medicine and has made astounding accomplishments in combating Malaria and many other innovations to benefit humanity.

"We co-founded and invested in a San Diego based bio pharmaceutical supply company, Nucleus Biologics, that produces products based largely on raw material supply from AAC. Further, we formed a Scientific Advisory Board under the chairmanship of Dr Megan Clark, former CEO of CSIRO, to review and guide our future innovation and technology programs.
This is way out of my field of knowledge but it seems to be used in the production of Vaccines.
