Just thought I would add my 2c here as well...

I work for one of the major software companies worldwide as a Presales consultant based in Sydney.
SaaS and CRM has been around for awhile, and currently every large software company is moving 'off-premise' and into the cloud... just look at the Oracle and Salesforce share prices on the Nasdaq and you will see them pumping upwards as they look to increase cloud revenue.

One of the common things I see in a lot of my meetings is a lot of enterprise customers asking for 'smart insights' or AI in their software. Not only do they want software that helps their workforce, they want business intelligence that gets their data and provides actionable insights to help their workforce perform better. This provides VALUE and STICKINESS for their customers.

So let's have a look @ BigTinCan...

SaaS... tick... CRM... tick... AI... tick... Annual subscription (stickiness)... tick
This is a no brainer buy for me. It's rare that I see these kinds of companies listed on the ASX.

All IN MY OPINION, which might be clouded as a holder.
