Let's see... He said they were continuing to provide Navigant with data and other evidence to support their claims. My interpretation is that a few partners might have been interested, but declined due to uncertainty around the device, or just want to know more. As Navigant get feedback from prospective buyers, Analytica will use that to dig deeper and strengthen their case. Sounds like a work in progress to me. Again, my impression was that they are confident of an outcome. (eventually)
Also remember that Navigant won't get their full pay-day until they close a deal. And the higher that is, the better for everyone.
