No Sadly KS has been vetoing this from the get go. I think it's been because they conducted a buy back a while ago and their balance sheet at the time wasn't ready to compete or play in acquisitions. I think he is blocking it out of Seven's self interest and the article suggests that also. Probably because maybe he doesn't want the other media agencies, TEN, SXL to have a crack at Prime. I like Xenophon's proposals but I'm worried that we are going to get left with nothing or something very watered down. Fortunately though, as we've all dsicussed. Even w/o these changes this is priced at cheap level where the risk is almost mitigated one would suggest
