Biggest dicsount to NTA to date, page-4

I Sold out of AJA Risky , just that the 20% drop in ANZ and AJA holding up well over the last few months/weeks made it an exceptionally good trade, ANZ goes x div on 4 the November near 7% fully franked giving around 10% was too good to resist , you have to leave some profit for the next person, AJA is still a buy , if it doesn't get close to NTA there will at least be an offer on the table , cheaper to buy the trust than the properties , cheers
