You think this will be taken over, but have been selling. You must be very bullish on ANZ at this level or not so bullish in AJA. And a top 20 holder- wow- you have had a fair few shares to move. Do you still have more to sell? I have continued buying.

I agree with you re take over. It is a no brainer. Last september my MIX (US property) were taken over by Goldman Sachs at a 3% premium to NTA- which was a 30% odd premium to NTA. If this is bought out for a 3% premium to NTA we will make 45% at current price.

The JPY lost some ground last night as the market went up. Its a great hedge.
