According to Wise Owl, Wholter tests are $350-750. With 24,000 pa test via HSS that will be anything up to $18M anually for both companies. I'd vouch the test is in the higher part of the range to factor in the cost structures of two companies. I wonder what percentage KSX will get... reasonable confident the deal will make the cash flow positive - and Indian market potential is a real kicker.

For the first time this year I think the oppies could be in money before August: close call though.
