correct, Currumbin was acquired from Divine around GFC for $75m...but the majority of this has been written off. I could only see $26m listed as commercial property @ FY18 under inventories. This would include balance of land allotments as well as carrying value of Currumbin. So the big hit on this has already been taken and it’s eventual sale won’t make a dent in NTA OF $3.83.
