No i understand complexity

its a 1/2 yr pres to the mrkt on results and they thrown everything in but the kitchen sink

its repititive, its confusing (we understand the contents  - its the way its laid out) its a justification for poor performance and poor sp when what it needed to be was succinct and informative. Sharehlders a re concerned abut two things - why has sp fallen so much and what is management doing abt it - all the rest is filler

Perhaps to your point its become to complex for this management team to handle. I seen alot of presentattion, been inside alot of compplex businesses and this is not a complex business so much that deserves a garbled mess of a prentation like this,

Its just not that great a company that needs defending
