You stated they didn't provide updates... and I pointed out otherwise.

You posed a serious of questions... and I pointed out what I believe to be the answers in the information they have provided.

You have simply stated the company has not provided an update when in fact the updates are merely not to your satisfaction.

If you are not happy with the details on hand you have the right to contact the company directly. No need to make false accusations.
