Agree with most of what you are saying ablm, just need one good deal to extend the runway beyond the 5 or 10 yards these low upfronts seem to be doing. We need half a mile and we’re away... I for one will be one of those old stale holders $&@“ing off at the first break even chance if it ever eventuates... let the newbies enjoy whatever spoils they can...
