Returning to the infant milk formula incident- it seems rather crazy that someone (especially an employee) should stop a customer from purchasing the shop's merchandise. If I had a shop I would love customers to buy my stuff- the more the merrier. If they want to buy ALL my stock and send it to China ~~retail heaven ~~ bring it on - think of the marketing/ advertising costs saved. Fill that trolley, mums then get in more stock for the next set of sino customers to knock themselves out. If there is a shortage of the item then raise the price. The cure for high prices? high prices!
