It just doesn't have much cash left- $52,000 from the Quarterly. WAS will do better, imo (as one who nearly bought in prior to the last pump), if it consolidates capital, and raises funds. A lot of funds, I reckon- $10m needed for Turkey. Maybe some for working capital? It's not a bad company.
