They have a couple of substantial shareholders known to be cashed up and on the prowl (Xstrata, CFE (ex CUO)), some very interesting recent discoveries in the region (e.g. CDU, IVA) and extensive proven reserves/resources of their own already in the bag.

Seems like very good value at current price. Existing shareholders complaints about management are noted, but perhaps they won't be around much longer? My guess is that one (or more) of the substantial shareholders is trying to gain a controlling stake, seller is most likely the notes holder. Should move quickly once they are done.
