I think management did a good job even before the Shell bid with their presentaions clearly said we are under value and offer is on your way.

After the Shell bid they went and search for other intrested parties, but it looks like no one!

According to Eureka Report:

"The fact that an improvement of a 4c made all the difference suggest it looked but the echoes from the deserted landscape sent them scuttling back to the mothership."

At current market BOW return is hughe, but other bidders wellcome!
