Yeah I've got my head around that too some extent, although the finance deal was complicated as all hell.
Let me give my sketchy summation, the directors (Carosa) sold their shares under a finance agreement to Opes with the intention to buy back. Opes goes broke, so all bets are off, ANZ takes possession of the stock and dumps it.
My issues is moreover who is buying it? The stock was being dumped in massive dosages today, so who was buying it up?
Not your average 2 bob retail investor imho, someone big!
Prime, Institutional investors, dudn't make sense?
What's going to happen to Carosa and so forth when Prime take control? are they pivitol to the business or will they be ar5ed?
