Unless the Chinese take over the company (or the country I guess) any amount of landcruisers aren't going to get them our Tenements...we already have a ML.

We haven't made any payments under the RAP yet and won't until finance is secured. .....so total "donations to the locals with the RAP" to date is a whole lot of their time and effort involved and consulting on the  fine details of the RAP. The locals therefore like KNL are  waiting for the Commission to get things moving.
