Postmanpat, okay if you want to be pedantic, yes "Guidelines". Yep, I have held this stock since it was .48 cents....about 8 years or a little longer.
As slow as CST may be, it is a solid business, with the brightest future in my view. I think I did mention in my earlier post that I held both long term stock and a smaller amount which I trade. Reading between the lines, I am thinking that you a so finely tuned that you miss an opportunity, while procrastinating over irrelevant semantics.
