Im looking at this ipo as well. Managed to do some research, on summary. Nov 2014 fire at their junction hill factory - causing $20+ million fire damage. Feb 2015 asking for rate relief worth of $50k. 2016 sold to PE.
Appreciate any info on how they managed to recover from the fire.
