Prospectus was lodged tonight but couldn't find it any where.  Just a bit concerned as it was only sold to a PE Firm a year ago. Let's hope that this is not another Ala Dicky Smith. We need to look at the Prospectus. If anyone knows more details pls let us know. Raising $17 Mil in the IPO. Cheers

Iconic timber company Big River has been sold to private equity firm Anacacia Capital for between $50 million and $100 million.
Big River manufactures and distributes timber and steel formwork products, timber flooring, structural plywood and related timber products.
The company generates revenue of about $150 million and its operations span most of Australia. Street Talk revealed the business was on the block in September last year.

In Big River, which owns 10 sales and distribution centres, Anacacia can build a platform on which it can add smaller timber and hardware players that tradies love.
Greenstone Partners, which advised Mitre 10 on its sale to Metcash in 2010, tended to Big River. Anacacia was self-advised.
