Every Priceline I walk into is full of people (mostly women) who are buying things they have an immediate need for or just remembered to pick up during a daily routine/commute.
Personally I find myself in the Priceline near my work about twice a month to pick up various odds and ends such as dettol wipes, cold medicine, berocca etc.
Judging by what I see others looking at and buying, they're doing the same thing: fulfilling an immediate need they didn't plan in advance for.
Unless most people start to become very organised and forward-thinking in their lives I don't see this type of business model not working.
Just an observation and opinion I have.
