Ok found it...... we are looking at 4 weeks

The acquisition is conditional upon due diligence and shareholder approval. Completion of the acquisition is
expected late April 2011.


I think we will see the share price slowly creep up and sit around 35c -40c once this is completed....Fundies will like the look of their earnings forcasts

Should enhance their sharevalue and provide instant EPS accretive ..at 25c it certainly is a great entry point if the achieve their EBITDa forcasts then I can see the shareprice at $1.00/share +
