Did notice the buy sell action as well , put it down to accumulation.
Since the ann there have been a few 100 k on the sell side pulled but no change in the buys so far.

10 c + is possible altough there is a wall at 9.5 ,still think it needs to break 12 c to move on to say 39 (hey why not the register is tight as a ducks arse as far as I know )
