I am only quoting out of Australian Corporate Law rules and not naming names or making accusations here, I do have an opinion though as has everyone else. For the last time, I have read many many dozens of documents which legal eagles, no pun intended, I assume would find very interesting in deciding whether negligence and/or incompetence prior to or during tenure is in play. End of story from me, as I can only provide the legals what I have in my possession. What they do with them from there is their business.
My opinion and verdict remains the same and it is exactly as many others, I just choose not to express it on an open forum. Anyway if the shareholders vote these competent persons in repeatedly then they must be competent, right ?
The customer is always right even if their wrong, right ?
