Hi Acreage,

Although I admired the attempt to take down the former directors I always thought it was pushing crap up hill. Incompetence isn't an offence, negligence or fraudulence would need to be proved.
And although like many here I may have suspected all 3 were in play, its one thing to prove it.

In my mind all these cap rasings to Novus or who ever the frac benefited was not in the shareholders interests but they would argue it was because of blah blah blah

I still reckon Steve Graves sleeps well at night and wouldn't even entertain the idea he was incompetent.
