I have to admit that when the announcement of the merger first came out, my initial reacting was that as a long standing shareholder I was being shafted.

However, as I have thought about the merger, and researched Coeur and the potential of the merger, I feel that long term this will be a very exciting and hopefully prosperous move for all shareholders.

We are getting in to Couer at rock bottom prices, whilst many of us have made substantial gains in BSG. Only time will tell.
