I have a question for anyone in the know,
Are there any requirements to maintain a NASDAQ listing?

I remember reading something a while ago about share prices maintaining a $1 USD list price over a 90 day period.. not sure if this is was a specific case, or it its a general rule.. and what would happen if AVIR fail (which wont come as a surprise)..

Either way, long long long way away from the glory days and the so-called new era of moving to the USA. Back to the bottom of the pile in the bottom draw these go!!
