As someone that's been watching this stock from the sideline for a few months, waiting for an even more compelling price to buy-in, I can tell you my biggest reservation about buying CDA is purely whether or not they're successful at thwarting the Chinese knock-offs of their product/s into the future.

If not for that one thing, I'd have pulled the trigger a month ago, last week and today - great company with strong fundamentals, trading well-below fair value. Unfortunately I think CDA's share price will probably always trade below it's fair value though, until the concerns of cheap knock-offs are truly a thing of the past.

All in my opinion of course, DYOR.
