CDA's share price preformance has been very good for the past couple years, so taking money off the table and a drop in the share price does not surprise. In addition for the technical ones amongst us there is a gap on the daily chart at plus or minus $1.86. And in the past cda has closed a gap even after a long duration.
To me the surprise is in the current space and hype of high tech wonders , CDA has been over looked . Its was a Codan's hand held detector that an amateur used to find that huge nugget in WA.
At a Roe of 19% , no debt cash in the bank, close to a 50% payout ratio, a large R & D department, new products always in development, servicing military contractors etc all with a P/e of 11x it should be at 15x.
Codan in my opinion is underrated needs a little more investment in PR . or I have overlooked something.
