This is exactly the reason I have held CDA for over 5 years. After initially taking hit when the Gold market dried up for a bit, they have nicely recovered much of the loss, in a steady fashion, and I always look at shares as "would I be a buyer at current price, with what I know now?" So far the answer has been Yes, whenever I have done the review.
I like the diversification of their markets- gold prospectors/mine detectors, military radios, underground mines.
It is not going to be an Apple, but it is home-grown.
This is exactly the reason I have held CDA for over 5 years....
