Imo AZA have proven a high degree of inability to get anything right. They've known for a long time the oil field is larger, and the recently aborted plan was supposed to address that.
Under engineered, underplanned, undermanaged, underresourced. And inevitably underperforming.
Perhaps BPT could do it better.
