That's right sentiment will change, it just needs a good catalyst. That catalyst is the drilling, which hopefully will start soon. When Warren Buffet says " the market transfers wealth from the impatient to the patient" this is one case where this statement is true. I know when Buffet talks about stocks he is not talking about penny stocks, but that statement could apply here as well.
