Just spoke to G. Tuohy. Very nice person.Very helpful. He says all arrangements ARE STILL IN PLACE:
A:) For the Capital raising, WHICH IS GOING AHEAD.
B:) Drilling to commence as planed on the 14th of December at Cornea (Not conditional upon the Capital Raising-since it starts on the SAME DAY as the CR is completed- other arrangements have already been made).
C:0. The Artemis JV with MEO is going ahead as planned. The ball is in MEO's Court...They Have to either come up with a Farminee (as he G. Toohy thinks they will be announcing soon)Or drill Artemis with their own Capital.....

As for the share Price fall, he was-as expected.....- at a loss to explain it (In fact, he was not aware it was that low).....

So, there you have it.....Stick with MOBY....All are Well on the... (North) Western Front!!!!!
