Im not sure your correct there..

Our monies are only returned if the Resolutions are not passed by shareholders.

If Resolutions are passed (as they should be!), yet RI is undersubscribed and fails to raise the approx $14m, our monies are retained by the company & we get our shares allocated..but then what? (would apprieciate any comments), at least we will get Artemis,
but will probably suffer further dilution from a placement to make up the shortfall in funds, this placement would be at a substantial discount i suspect.

Or would Albers chip in the shortfall in funds & receive more shares @ .180, i hope this is the case, if its undersubscribed.


Have tried to ring the company on this point but have only had answering machine so far, will keep trying.
