    I see my order for a few more mill at .2 was filled this morning .Market cap is only 2.3 mill ,so for a producing oiler , risk reward here is very good . Hopefully the last of the resident downrampers have also sold out at the bottom ,,lol usually the way ,but i cant seem to see them on HC anymore /////
